Mobile Anesthesiologists is expanding, and we have an immediate opening for a full-time
Scheduling Coordinator who is eager to be promoted to a manager within 4-6 months.

Position overview:

The Scheduling Coordinator supports and collaborates with the Scheduling Manager in the centralized scheduling of physicians and clients. You will proactively anticipate, understand, and resolve scheduling issues and concerns for both Mobile staff and clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that staffing ratios are appropriate, coverage is consistent, and schedule changes are communicated promptly.
  • Monitor caseload confirmations, client utilization, physician assignments, and site visits.
  • Collect client survey data and report results to the Scheduling Manager and Practice Administrator quarterly.

Position Requirements:


  • Associate's degree and/or relevant administrative experience preferred.
  • Good communication and telephone skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
  • Accurate typing at a minimum of 40 words per minute.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Experience in medical scheduling, EPIC, and/or Advanced MD software is desirable.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Our team of anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and registered nurses provide pre-operative, anesthetic, and post-operative care for various office-based surgical procedures.

The Mobile model is that of a traveling surgery center - we provide the same medications, supplies, equipment, and emergency preparedness, but at the physician's office.
