Management of the department with around 480 employees in terms of personnel, organizational and professional aspects Further development of the department based on the strategic target areas of the district office as well as own impulses for optimization and change processes in the digital context as well as overall societal developments with effects on the services to be provided Accompaniment of organizational change projects or implementation of legal changes Maintaining contacts and networking with internal and external bodies as well as public relations Thematic advice and support for the district administrator Shaping the service and service quality in the department Your profile
We expect these qualifications:
Completed relevant academic degree (e.g. Master's degree in Public Law and Management, Administrative or Social Sciences, 2nd state examination in law) or equivalent skills and experience or qualification for the 4th qualification level of the specialist career in administration and finance Holistic leadership personality with many years of leadership experience as well as a well-developed understanding of leadership and corresponding additional qualifications, preferably in the fields of activity of the department to be managed Demonstrable extensive experience in close and trusting cooperation
