- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across diverse Oil & Gas disciplines, with a focus on EPC roles. Provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies, market trends within the Oil & Gas project and EPC space, and help build robust talent pipelines to meet project needs.
- Champion a positive and memorable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure every interaction reflects our company's employer brand excellence within the Oil & Gas project and EPC recruitment communities.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and methodologies, including social media and industry insights, to attract top Oil & Gas project and EPC talent across various disciplines and measure the success of your recruitment efforts.
- Learn from and collaborate with senior team members, continuously developing your expertise in Oil & Gas project and EPC recruitment across all disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with a demonstrably strong track record in sourcing and placing talent.
- Experience or strong interest in the Oil & Gas project environment and EPC recruitment is a plus.
- A passion for understanding project needs and identifying candidates who can make a real contribution.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the Oil & Gas project and EPC space.
- Proficiency in recruiting software and data analysis tools.
