Job Description:


  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and dissect campaign performance metrics (including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates) to iterate and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing communications, constantly innovating and refining strategies.
  • Provide back up to Social Media marketing team across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills coupled with a keen eye for creative design.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
