- Send out detailed, perfect invoices to our clients
- Provide updates on pending, placed, and potential orders
- Schedule carriers to ship materials
- Provide product availability information
- Place orders with our vendors and distributors
Education and Experience Customer Service Order Processing
- Associates or Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years experience in a fast paced purchasing or logistics role
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software, including Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM a plus
Desirable Qualities Customer Service Order Processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, 50+ WPM typing speed
- Impeccable professionalism, upbeat personality
- Complete information management — always know what is going on
- Thorough and intuitive you must anticipate things before they happen.
- A quick wit, sharp and consistent with a creative ability
- Persistence and follow through

Minimum Qualifications Customer Service Order Processing
At least 2 years of customer service support with vendors and order processing. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Familiar with or have worked with a CRM or order management system.
Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
