We are looking for someone with 1 of 2 qualifications:
Someone with extensive powerports experience and knowledge

Someone with previous experience as a service writer in the auto industry.


Overview:

Duties:

• Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and concerns
• Generate accurate service orders and estimates
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Provide recommendations for additional services based on vehicle inspections
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a related powersports/automotive field
• Proficiency in diagnostics and repair terminology
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
