We have been active in the Hamburg real estate market for over 30 years and exclusively manage our own residential and commercial real estate portfolio located only in Hamburg.

We are currently seeking a motivated and performance-oriented real estate clerk (m/f/d) to support our operating and heating cost department in full-time or part-time.

What to expect from us:

Timely execution/creation of operating and heating cost billing Acting as a contact person for customer inquiries related to the created billing Checking and posting incoming operating and heating cost invoices as well as heating cost statements created by service companies Ongoing optimization of operating and heating costs based on created evaluations and analyses What you bring with you: Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification in the real estate industry Professional experience in operating and heating cost billing Structured and goal-oriented work style with an eye for detail and processes Very good knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of the software iX

Haus (Crem Solutions) and DocuWare is desirable.
