Description
Handle employee inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support change management initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on various HR projects.
- Coordinate payroll through Trinet every two weeks, track PTO, vacation calendar.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources and managing payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Experience with HR sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Excellent conflict management and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in data entry and reporting using HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, ATS, or Dayforce.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
