HR/payroll Coordinator - Menlo Park, United States - Karuna Advisors

Description

Handle employee inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.

• Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support change management initiatives within the organization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on various HR projects.
• Coordinate payroll through Trinet every two weeks, track PTO, vacation calendar.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources and managing payroll.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Experience with HR sourcing strategies and techniques.
• Excellent conflict management and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in data entry and reporting using HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Paylocity, ATS, or Dayforce.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
