Requirements:


  • 12 years of sales experience (home sales preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to commit to fulltime hours
  • Basic understanding of water filtration systems is advantageous
  • Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
  • Consistently meet personal sales targets
  • Comfortable interacting with customers in their homes
  • Professional demeanor at all times

Role Responsibilities:


  • Perform onsite water testing and deliver sales presentations to homeowners
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and budget
  • Educate potential customers on product features and benefits
  • Assist customers through the installation process to ensure satisfaction
  • Use general software to manage customer information
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and team meetings
  • Conduct sales negotiations and finalize transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Achieve individual sales goals
