Description

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Part time Seasonal to work on a temporary basis through approximately August 2024. This position will act as a support to the Accounts Payable Department.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with legacy document scanning/indexing into centralized database, ERP
Assist with vendor "statement audit" including but not limited to, analyzing vendor statements, monitoring and tracking down missing documents for processors to post, and communicating with vendors
Identify pricing vulnerabilities by completing a mini audit of select purchase orders vs vendor invoicing
Assist with payment distribution (remit compilation, stuffing envelopes, and postage)
Assist with capturing and attaching bol's/packing slips

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to work temporarily through August 2024.
