- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop PC's, peripherals, phones, printers, and data services.
- Address initial IT Helpdesk inquiries and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues.
- Respond promptly to Helpdesk service requests.
- Create documentation for Helpdesk troubleshooting procedures, operations manuals, and user guides.
- Report Helpdesk performance to the Information Systems Manager regularly.
- Manage, troubleshoot, install, and upgrade computer systems for optimal performance and security.
- Offer end-user support for various applications, both local and web-based.
- Collaborate with all employees across the company.
- Maintain operating system stability and data integrity.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Driver's license is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows.
- 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Active Directory.
- 1-2 years of experience with basic Network LAN & WAN.
- 1-2 years of desktop and technical support experience.
