• Provide support and assistance to residents in a home setting
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications to residents as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor and record vital signs of residents
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow resident rights guidelines and ensure their wellbeing

• Previous experience as a support specialist, nurse, or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to administer medication under the supervision of healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with home care services and dementia care practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or assisting residents with mobility
