For our control laboratory in Morgantown, we are currently seeking a

Subsection Head of Serology Laboratory (m/f/x) (full-time)

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Monitoring and ensuring timely testing of samples in accordance with company standards and work instructions regarding quality, cost, safety, and compliance, as well as their continuous development. Also, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and GMP standards.

Managing laboratory staff in the responsible subsection, taking into account all internal and external standards applicable to CSL regarding quality, cost, safety, and their further development.

Responsible for the operational execution and review of GxP-relevant documentation in the responsible area; in paper form or in computer-supported systems, e.g.:
