Who we are:

Your responsibilities:
- Timely processing of all incoming customer requests and inquiries
- Entering and tracking sample orders in SAP
- Creating offers for our customers
- Preparing presentations for customer visits
- Maintaining the price system and customer database
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments, field sales, and our customers
Your profile:
- We expect a completed commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or foreign language correspondent (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in a salesrelated environment
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and desirable French skills
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and other MS Office applications, as well as strong SAP knowledge
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Organizational and teamwork skills
