Your responsibilities:

  • Timely processing of all incoming customer requests and inquiries
  • Entering and tracking sample orders in SAP
  • Creating offers for our customers
  • Preparing presentations for customer visits
  • Maintaining the price system and customer database
  • Acting as a liaison between internal departments, field sales, and our customers

Your profile:

  • We expect a completed commercial education, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or foreign language correspondent (m/f/d)
  • First professional experience in a salesrelated environment
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and desirable French skills
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and other MS Office applications, as well as strong SAP knowledge
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Organizational and teamwork skills
