For our renowned client in the heart of Munich, we are looking for a
Bürokauffrau /
Team Assistant (m/f/d)
for direct placement in a permanent position.
Your responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks and office duties
- Management and maintenance of databases using document management systems (Docuware, DATEV Unternehmen-Online)
- Correspondence with authorities, banks, notaries, and land registry offices
- Support in creating presentations and contracts
- First point of contact and reception of visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Your profile:
- Commercial education, e.g. as a Bürokauffrau (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- Previous work experience in a similar position is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor towards guests and colleagues
- Organizational skills, ability to handle stress, and teamoriented
- Quick learner and highly motivated
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
