We are seeking caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

We have clients needing care ASAP in the Porter/Cleveland area. Interview today and start work immediately _(upon successful completion of orientation)_

Hourly Pay range between $14.00 and $15.00

Applicant Minimum Requirements:


  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Valid Driver's License (no I.D. cards)
  • Valid Automobile Liability Insurance
  • Working vehicle to get to/from assigned visits
  • Ability to Lift 25 lbs.
  • Minimum six (6) months prior and verifiable experience as a caregiver

This is an autonomous position:
individuals who are self-motivated and willing to learn.


As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

  • Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
  • Assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Assistance with all activities of daily living and incidental activities of daily living
  • Memory Care (Alzheimer's / Dementia)
  • Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and coworkers
  • Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently caring for our clients
