As a Field Supervisor, you should display excellent leadership skills and motivated behavior.

You will require hands-on involvement as well as be responsible for daily inspections, guiding employees through daily work activities or projects and monitoring employee performance to ensure maximum productivity.

Your ability to work in a team as well as independently will be advantageous.

Job Duties

  • Assessing the work performance of employees and identifying areas that need improvement
  • Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
  • Conduct daily inspections at multiple locations
  • Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles
  • Groundskeeping if the facility contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance
  • Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
  • Be able to operate power washing machine and leaf blower
  • Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
  • Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc
  • Fix minor issues related to electricity, plumbing, and other systems
  • Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as toilet cleaning, dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.
  • Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
  • Handyman skills

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Detailoriented and highly motivated individual


  • Open availability

  • Bilingual a plus
  • Able to lift 60 lbs.
  • Valid Driver license
  • Clean driving record
  • Background & Drug Screen Required

Compensation:

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
