- The range for this position is $18.00- $20.00 per hour.
- Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
- Responsible for providing reception and clerical support in the clinic's front office.
- Responsible for receptionist duties, which include scheduling appointments, taking messages, and responding to the needs of patients and callers.
- Collects patient fees and responds to questions about patient accounts.
- Positively presents the clinic by offering positive customer relations.
- High School diploma
- Front desk experience (preferred)
- Ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development
- Monday-Thursday schedule, off on Fridays

Compensation:
KP Counseling is a full-service, high-quality counseling center that offers services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, including individual, couple, family, and group counseling services. You will join a team of experienced therapists who believe the art of counseling is a unique restorative process. KP Counseling provides a collaborative, team approach for clients and therapists. KP is focused on developing therapists personally and professionally to their fullest potential to serve our clients and the community. KP is in partnership with a teaching company that allows KP clinical staff to receive free CEU credits for attending the workshops.
