KP Counseling is a premier outpatient mental health clinic located in Illinois. We seek a full-time front desk receptionist to join our outstanding team at our state-of-the-art center in Rockford, IL.

Compensation:

• The range for this position is $18.00- $20.00 per hour.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing reception and clerical support in the clinic's front office.
• Responsible for receptionist duties, which include scheduling appointments, taking messages, and responding to the needs of patients and callers.
• Collects patient fees and responds to questions about patient accounts.
• Positively presents the clinic by offering positive customer relations.

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Front desk experience (preferred)
• Ability to set priorities and work with minimal supervision
• Solid computer and basic technology skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Demonstrated a history of professional growth and development

KP is in partnership with a teaching company that allows KP clinical staff to receive free CEU credits for attending the workshops.
