Galactic Toys & Games is hiring

Looking for a Full time Store Manager Previous management experience is required. Knowledge of our products is required.

Strong experience with MTG, Pokemon and Tcgplayer is a plus.

Scheduled hours are 1pm-10pm Mon-Friday, 11am-10pm Sat, 12pm-6pm Sunday. Must be able to work weekends.


Responsibilities:


  • Managerial duties as assigned including Opening/Closing the store, event creation and coordination, managing employees, and much more.
  • Welcome customers and identify their needs
  • Handling Social Media channels for the store
  • Explain and recommend products to customers
  • Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
  • Process product orders & auditing inventory
  • Assist in running gaming events
  • Handle inbound/outbound phone calls
  • Keep store clean

Qualifications:

  • Must be available for weekend and evening hours
  • Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
