Your Responsibilities:


Your Area of Responsibility

  • Leading and expanding our new social media department
  • Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our campaigns and own platforms
  • Responsibility for social media editorial plans that include goals and objectives
  • Coordinating and managing content development for text, graphics, and video content in collaboration with other departments
  • Ensuring quality standards and company style in social media
  • Managing paid advertising campaigns on social media
  • Using analytical tools to monitor metrics and determine the effectiveness of campaigns

Your Profile:


What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in a (digital) agency, company, or institution
  • Responsibility for a leading position in a team of several people
  • Expertise in managing budgets with a focus on social media communication and digital marketing
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and affinity for healthcare communication
  • Passion for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Co.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, reliability, and initiative
