    GENERAL PURPOSE

    • Assist in the day-to-day activities related to maintaining and repairing the building/facility, equipment, and machinery, including various systems and tools, to ensure the overall facility appearance and functionality.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs on production equipment during operations and conduct scheduled maintenance on machinery.
    • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
    • Utilize a range of skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic, to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
    • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance purposes.
    • Identify and report faulty operations, defective materials, and any abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.
    • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
    • Requires an Associate degree in machine maintenance or equivalent experience; 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, particularly in CNC machine maintenance.
    • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
    • Familiarity with OSHA requirements and strong communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and using Microsoft Office tools.

    WORK HOURS

    • Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
    • Position: Non-exempt (hourly)
