Job Description

Works with Sales Account Managers when opportunities are identified.

Serves as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and close complex technical sales.

This may include attending customer meetings, performing site investigations and delivering presentations.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to RFI, RFQ, RFP.
  • Lead remote and onsite Discoveries to determine requirements.
  • Plan, configure, and integrate system demos to show how our solution meets the customer's mid
- to long-term needs.

  • Use your domain expertise as a resource to advise customers on our products, solutions and services.
  • Analyze our competition's products and define our differentiators, as part of a specific solution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical related field, or equivalent experience in process automation
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required

  • Ability to travel 25 to 50%
  • The desire to work with customers, understand their needs, and find solutions for them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with outcomebased selling
  • The desire to work with customers, understand their needs, and find solutions for them.
  • At least 8 years of Pre-Sales, Solution Deployment, Brownfield Projects, Product Experience, or Application Development in the Process Automation, Measurement or Functional Safety fields.

Demonstrated technical expertise in:

  • Studio 5000, PLC and HMI Configuration
  • Integrated Architecture Builder
