• Desktop support
• Assists with installations and workstation deployment
• Ensure all workstations that are connected to the network are patched and firmware Is kept up to date.
• Create Users on various systems
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software issues and rebuild workstations
• Documentation of vendor processes into a knowledgebase or sharepoint
• Use remote access tools to perform diagnostics on users
• Demonstrates efforts for continuous improvements in departmental operations including decreased turnaround times, streamline work processes, and working cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
• Travel to sites for hardware support. 6070% travel required.

• Bachelor' degree in Computer Science or 12 years of experience in a help desk and desktop support role and 12 years of experience in a midsized corporate environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows desktop, Microsoft server, cloud infrastructure, VOIP and network architecture.
• Valid class C driver's license.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
