Description

Our company has been in business for over 70 years, and is a small family run organization looking for support in the maintenance department as we expand our operations.

This is a long term opportunity with growth and development options.

We are both a construction company and management company, who develops and oversees class A apartment buildings in the Los Angeles area.


You would be working directly with the asset manager and property supervisor of the company to keep the buildings working smoothly and make sure all tenants are happy.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department and property managers
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Understanding of maintenance and good workmanship, ability to oversee and check work done in apartment building units.

Experience:


  • Previous experience working in apartment management, either on the maintenance side or management side with supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of property management practices and fair housing regulations
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and file management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Spanish speaking not required, but preferred

Pay:
$63, $74,000.00 per year
