The VP of Sales and Marketing at Black Vine Network will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our advertisement budget through innovative and targeted sales and marketing initiatives.

This is a contract position, with compensation based entirely on performance, making it a highly attractive opportunity for motivated and results-driven professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to attract and retain advertisers, with a focus on increasing the network's advertisement budget.

Targeted Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and attracting high-value advertising partners.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertising clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential advertising clients.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential advertisers, showcasing the value and reach of Black Vine Network.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve and surpass targets.

Collaboration with Executive Team: Work closely with the executive team to align sales and marketing strategies with overall company goals.

Commission PackageBase Commission Rate

Commission on Ad Sales: 30% of all revenue generated from new advertisement sales.

Performance-Based Bonuses

Monthly Performance Bonus: An additional 10% commission on total ad sales for the month if sales exceed $100,000.

Quarterly Milestone Bonus: $10,000 bonus for reaching quarterly ad sales milestones (e.g., $300,000 per quarter).

Annual Target Achievement Bonus: $50,000 bonus for achieving annual sales targets (e.g., $1,200,000 per year).

Client Retention Bonus: 5% commission on renewals of advertising contracts with existing clients.
