Well-established private medical office seeking a part time receptionist for about 20 hours a week.
- be available Monday through Friday and half-day on Saturday; be able to commute between Naperville, IL and Plainfield, IL
- be comfortable navigating an electronic health record system, answering phone calls, scheduling patients, and verifying patient insurance information
- have a generally positive energy and disposition
- have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and customer service
- be able to multi-task, remain organized, and demonstrate high-level leadership qualities
