Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Perform a variety of tasks related to overall Program Safety Department
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Safety Related oversight activities.
Create reports for FTA and other outside agencies that conveys the safety status of the project in a concise accurate manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide oversight to the HSE program across all organizations on the project
Develop action plans and recommendations for improvements to HSE
Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications Minimum**:

BA/BS Construction, Environmental, Engineering, Safety, or related field
8 years of SH&E constructionrelated experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Transit SH&E construction experience

Preferred:

OSHA 30 certified or better
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with the FTA Safety Certification process for transit projects
Experience with construction industry incident rates, data reporting, and data interpretation
Experience developing SH&E organizational processes and problemsolving skills.
Experience communicating and educating SH&E guidelines and principles
Experience working collaboratively in a team or independent
Experience with adapting to new tasks or responsibilities.
Experience in communicating and upholding company values and standards.
