Responsibilities
Required to be local to the DC Metro Region.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

Managing ServiceNow Platform Administrator functions.
Administering and maintain ServiceNow for environments of similar. size, scope, and complexity as USSS.
Troubleshooting ServiceNow and providing product support for the platform.
Daily
Creating dashboards, reports, charts, graphs and record lists.
Administering and maintaining all nonServiceNow technologies which are involved in successfully operating the ServiceNow solution, including but not limited to:
Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
Enterprisegrade databases such as Oracle or SQL Server

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 16 years' experience or Master's degree and 14 years' experience or a high school diploma/equivalent and 20 years' relevant experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
Experience working in a team of personnel performing ServiceNow deployment and O&M.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the USSS mission and organization.
Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
