The Fleet Business Associate is a passionate highly motivated and results-driven individual that will have the primary objective to drive B2B sales growth and cultivate long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.

Essential Functions
- Sales Territory Development: Working with our marketing team, identify and research potential clients in the leasing and fleet management sector, utilizing various resources and networking channels to build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders within client organizations, fostering trust and becoming a reliable partner.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their leasing and fleet management requirements.
- Consultative Approach: Employ a consultative selling approach to understand clients' pain points and objectives, demonstrating how our services can add value and address their business challenges effectively.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our leasing and fleet management solutions.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, preparing and closing deals, and ensuring smooth contract execution.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the leasing and fleet management space to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve common business goals.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customerfacing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Be enthusiastic about cars.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand and articulate complex solutions.
- Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and customerfocused mindset.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
