- Execute all food preparation tasks in a timely and consistent manner

- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures
- Assist in monitoring daily schedules to ensure all tasks are completed
- Assist in training staff in proper food handling and safety procedures
- Provide appropriate communication and customer service when dealing with co-workers and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours and multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate preferred
