ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND WORK MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)
Your responsibilities:
- Office management (file creation, document processing, correspondence)
- Recording and maintenance of employee master data and forwarding all change documents for payroll processing
- Applicant management (e.g. correspondence, invitations) and support in the recruitment process
- Preparation of contracts, certificates, documents, and correspondence
Your profile:
- Commercial training desired
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ideally, some experience in invoice verification
- Absolute confidentiality
