ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND WORK MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities:

  • Office management (file creation, document processing, correspondence)
  • Recording and maintenance of employee master data and forwarding all change documents for payroll processing
  • Applicant management (e.g. correspondence, invitations) and support in the recruitment process
  • Preparation of contracts, certificates, documents, and correspondence

Your profile:

  • Commercial training desired
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ideally, some experience in invoice verification
  • Absolute confidentiality
