SUMMARY:
Reporting to an assigned mentor, this position will be structured to give the candidate a foundation of understanding of the goals for the assigned department. You will receive on-the-job training and coaching.
This position will provide the ability to apply your learned knowledge and gain experience in a real-world setting for your future growth and development. You can expect to participate in department daily job duties, as well as having an assigned project/deliverables that align with the bank's strategic initiatives. Additionally, this position embraces the established service culture to maximize their contribution to the Bank's goals.
After successful completion of training and proven abilities, this position is eligible for a hybrid/remote work arrangement with an agreed upon number of days per-month on site.
