About the position

As a Digital Product Analyst at Plexus, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital products.

You will be responsible for analyzing data, understanding user behavior, and providing insights that drive product decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing user experience, enhancing product performance, and ultimately achieving our business objectives.

What you will do

You utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from user data, including but not limited to user engagement, conversion rates, retention metrics, funnel analysis and performance metrics. Translate raw data into actionable insights that inform product strategy and development decisions.
You automate and deliver reoccurring reports
You design and execute analysis of ad hoc requests.
You have a deep understanding user behavior through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve the user experience and drive product adoption and retention.
You develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance. Proactively identify issues and opportunities for optimization and make recommendations for action
You design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes on user behavior and performance.
You effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful execution of product initiatives.

You should have

A BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent relative experience.
You have 3+ years of experience in a digital product analyst or similar role.
You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
Your experienced with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI, Qualtrics or similar platforms. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize or similar platforms.
You have knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insights.
You work effectively in a fastpaced, collaborative environment, with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
You understand qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, analytical tools, industry principles and practices.
You have strong analytical skills with an emphasis on critical thinking, root cause analysis, and problem solving is required.
