Your responsibilities:

  • Planning of complex technical building equipment systems (TGA)
  • Independent processing of LPH 1-9 according to HOAI
  • Basic determination, planning, tendering and awarding within the scope of the construction project as well as accompanying instructions, acceptances and handovers of building technical systems
  • Deadline, quality, execution and budget control
  • Coordination with clients

You have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering, state-certified technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally with project experience in planning building technical systems
  • Good knowledge of relevant DIN regulations
  • Proficient use of MS Office, common tendering (AVA) and planning programs
  • Teamwork skills and willingness to work across disciplines in a planning team
  • Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
