We are looking for a contractor to renovate a commercial space in Navarre, OH into a senior living residence.

The space consists of two floors and garages, with a total of 500m2 on the first floor and 600m2 on the second floor.

The type of renovation needed is a complete overhaul, and the space will be transformed from a supermarket into a senior living facility.

The motivation for this renovation is to provide a comfortable and functional space for elderly residents. The desired changes include renovating the bathrooms, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and terrace.

The renovation will also involve updates to the electrical and plumbing systems, as well as installing new flooring, doors, and insulation.
