We are currently looking for a Nursing Director (m/f/d) in full-time hours/week for our stationary facility.

Your responsibilities:
- Nursing management and motivation of employees
- Staff planning and promotion of staff development
- Implementation and further development of the mission statement and nursing concept
- Quality assurance in nursing according to quality guidelines and regulations according to § 113 SGB XI
- Ensuring an economical management of operations (employee and resource deployment)
- Ensuring and promoting employee satisfaction
- Implementation of principles and standards for quality assurance
