Position Summary:

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Assists ARI CSP/SBP applicants through entire enrollment process.
  • Provides weekly campus tours to prospective students.
  • Monitors Command Releases for future classes and provides feedback to Training Supervisor.
  • Inputs and maintains QuickBase with student admissions data.
  • Generates and reports admissions statistics to Training Supervisor, ARI corporate headquarters and local Education Centers and Transition Readiness personnel.
  • Assists ARI Career Services Specialist at regional locations with student employment as needed.
  • Works with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to verify student eligibility.
  • Performs recruitment and marketing activities on and off base.
  • Performs any additional work tasks as directed by Training Supervisor to meet ARI goals and objectives.
  • Follows all ARI policies and procedures.

Education, Certification, and Other Requirements:

:

Valid Driver's License, ability to pass motor vehicle record (MVR) and background checks.

To be considered for this position, you must have reliable transportation to work, have access to a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel to multiple locations within a shift, and be willing to work on occasional weekends and holidays.
