Description

As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lot and providing excellent customer service.

• Organize and maintain the dealership lot to ensure vehicles are displayed in an attractive and orderly manner
• Move vehicles as directed by management or sales staff
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify any damage or issues
• Keep the lot clean and free of debris
• Assist customers with locating vehicles on the lot
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
• Assist with vehicle deliveries and transfers as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely using a cash register
• Drive manual transmission vehicles when required Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills for cash handling transactions
• Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles Please note that all positions at our dealership are paid positions, including internships.
