City Center Group is preparing to develop a master-planned community called Northridge on nearly 200 vacant acres in East Allentown.

The company has also begun construction and planning on two mixed-use residential and retail buildings in downtown Easton, Pa., through a joint venture with Peron Development of Bethlehem, Pa.


Responsibilities
-
Parking Administration

  • Data entry and data transfer related to parking operations
  • Conduct video reviews and investigations in security software
  • Complete parking reports including but not limited to incident reports, safety reports, inspection reports, and invoice reports as needed
  • Monitor parking usage and evaluate parking trends based on monthly parking reports
  • Review/address parking enforcement inquiries/complaints. Process payments as needed
  • Run monthly reports and assist finance with coding and billing
  • Other duties as assigned

Customer Service

  • Manage responses to calls from garage call stations and address escalated concerns from parkers
  • Maintain remote camera monitoring of the parking facilities to assess traffic flow, customer needs or equipment failure
  • Address parking concerns and issues with the APA and the PPL Arena
  • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants, residents, employees, guests, visitors, vendors, contractors, and team members
  • Manage and coordinate event parking services including working flexible schedule occasionally as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Equipment and Facilities/Property Management

  • Ability to frequently move about inside and outside to inspect parking facilities daily (or as needed)
  • General cleaning and maintenance of all City Center Group parking garages, equipment, and properties as needed
  • Monitor equipment for functionality and manage oncall requirements for service
  • Schedule service provider to repair damage to parking equipment as needed
  • Frequent garage sweeps including inspecting parking conditions, validating parkers, ensuring parking regulations and compliance are being met to company standards
  • Support to the property management, facilities and security team as needed
  • Evaluate EV charging station usage and adequacy
  • Other duties as assigned

Professional Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (2+ years) preferred in business management, property management, parking operations, administrative support, or another related field
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, dynamic, and resultsdriven environment.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The capacity to coordinate competing priorities.
  • The interest and ability to collaborate on a team and execute priorities independently.
  • Personable, professionally persistent, and outgoing.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM software a plus but not required (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Yardi)
  • Ability to navigate and utilize internal company systems or databases
