At the beginning of the training, the individual elective qualifications are determined. The areas of application and tasks are then based on these, ranging from accounting to human resources to various assistant and secretarial tasks.
Your tasks- You coordinate the daily office routine, for example by scheduling appointments and organizing processes
- You learn to write business letters and answer phone calls
- You receive various guests (e.g. business partners, colleagues, and patients)
- You learn to create and review invoices and create statistics
- You assist in meetings, for example by taking minutes
- You are responsible for ordering materials, such as office and clinic supplies
- You will be comprehensively supported and supervised by competent trainers
- You will learn in a diverse field of activity at one of the largest university hospitals in Europe
