Knowledge and Experience:

1 to 3 years in a financial analysis role
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Strong work experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
Ability to meet critical deadlines and achieve organizational objectives
Proficiency with ERPs and Reporting Tools; Microsoft Dynamics/Anaplan a plus
High level of analytic, quantitative, and financial modelling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work across different departments
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced team environment

Skills:

Must possess excellent oral and written skills
Ability to coordinate a variety of tasks and assignments
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in computer systems and integrations with ERP system
Proficient in best practice AR, AP, and general accounting management

Key Accountabilities:

Accountable for the CapMetro reporting of KTA (financial reporting, monthend close, cost control and analysis, forecast and budget)
Produce monthly invoices promptly and accurately according to established models
Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecast, with insights from financial trends and operational KPIs/performance
Drive and oversee month end close process in partnership with Controlling/Accounting Team
Collaborate closely with the performance team to conduct comprehensive data analysis, focusing particularly on financial implications, and communicate findings to the management team in a timely manner
Responds to adhoc financial analysis, special projects, and similar duties
Ensure compliance and delegation of authority is applied and respected throughout the KTA Corporate organization
Other duties as assigned
