Knowledge and Experience:


  • 1 to 3 years in a financial analysis role
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • Strong work experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and achieve organizational objectives
  • Proficiency with ERPs and Reporting Tools; Microsoft Dynamics/Anaplan a plus
  • High level of analytic, quantitative, and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across different departments
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced team environment

Skills:


  • Must possess excellent oral and written skills
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of tasks and assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in computer systems and integrations with ERP system
  • Proficient in best practice AR, AP, and general accounting management

Key Accountabilities:


  • Accountable for the CapMetro reporting of KTA (financial reporting, monthend close, cost control and analysis, forecast and budget)
  • Produce monthly invoices promptly and accurately according to established models
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecast, with insights from financial trends and operational KPIs/performance
  • Drive and oversee month end close process in partnership with Controlling/Accounting Team
  • Collaborate closely with the performance team to conduct comprehensive data analysis, focusing particularly on financial implications, and communicate findings to the management team in a timely manner
  • Responds to adhoc financial analysis, special projects, and similar duties
  • Ensure compliance and delegation of authority is applied and respected throughout the KTA Corporate organization
  • Other duties as assigned
