As an intern in the Advanced Technology Engineering Molds department, you will work on the gradual development and implementation of a lifecycle management system for the qualification of injection molds in the medical technology field. Lifecycle management of medical equipment is becoming increasingly important, not only to ensure the safety and efficiency of plastic medical primary packaging, but also to economically produce, use, and effectively utilize the knowledge gained in subsequent projects. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to develop and pursue a sustainable approach for mold lifecycle management, making a valuable contribution to quality assurance in the medical technology industry and the company's success.

  • You will develop and validate a comprehensive data model to clearly define all objects and their relationships in the mold lifecycle
  • You will identify potential or necessary use cases for such a system based on the implementation strategy and describe them in a structured manner
  • You will conduct a market analysis to select potential providers based on predefined requirements and other factors
  • You will support the activities of the Advanced Technology Engineering Molds department and gain practical experience in the various steps of the qualification processes for medical injection molds
