Responsibilities

Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
Provide support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Respond to HR related inquiries
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HRIS data.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR policy updates.
Stay uptodate on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Strong knowledge of FMLA/CFRA/PDL/FEHA/ADA/AAP/CAL-EEOC/FLSA/HIPPA
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
required preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other related field
HR Certification is a plus (i.e. aPHR)
5+ years of HR experience required
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
Detailoriented
Proficiency in HRIS systems (BambooHR is preferred)

Pay:
Starting at $28/hour
