TheBusiness Intelligence Analyst II
is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of intuitive, yet robust and well-curated reporting assets & user self-serve solutions within Retail Operations.
Individuals that have a track record of building reporting tools and delivering data solutions that enable prompt, well-informed business decisions will be strong candidates for this role.
This role will be a part of a team collaborating with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to help create strategic reporting solutions aligned with the enterprise roadmap.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to provide insights and support for key projects, programs, and initiatives.This role offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals seeking to make a meaningful impact and grow their career in the reporting and analytics space.
The collaborative nature of the role, coupled with the chance to work with senior analysts, provides avenues for professional growth and development.
Experience in SQL and Power BI highly preferred.What You'll Do
Works closely with allied / supported functions and commercial teams to understand business priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Applies accepted methods and tools to identify, gather, develop, and analyze appropriate datasets.
Produces business intelligence by querying data repositories and generating reports.
Works on standard, recurring and ad-hoc projects and analyses.
Analyzes current and historical performance, performs variance analyses of key metrics, and identifies trends.
Solicits feedback and continuous learning opportunities to expand knowledge and capabilities related tools, techniques, relevant data analytics principles and methods required to perform operational analysis.
Meet established timelines and committed tasks during each sprint cycle and proactively communicate any risks, issues, or challenges in meeting deliverables.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field like Business Intelligence & Analytics, Information Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.
Intermediate SQL skills.Visualization experience with Tableau, Power BI or DOMO.
Experience working directly with business leaders and supporting multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills with experience influencing outcomes and gaining alignment.
Skilled analytic and diagnostic skills utilizing a data-driven/metrics-driven approach. (Data Storytelling).
Preferred:
Experience with UX/UI design as it relates to designing reporting solutions/ user self-serve tools
Data Modeling within Power BI and/or knowledge and experience using Tableau Prep.
