    Position Overview

    Reporting directly to the CFO, the

    Senior Financial Analyst

    is the cornerstone of our financial reporting accuracy and timeliness.

    Through clear and concise communication, they facilitate seamless interactions with external investors and banks, ensuring our financial narrative remains compelling and transparent.

    As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

    Analyze KPI Trends :
    Unravel insights from Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly focusing on financial metrics like sales and profit margins.

    Monitor Variances :
    Vigilantly track KPIs, swiftly investigating any unexpected deviations


    Financial Planning:
    Craft and refine budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.

    Produce Ad-hoc Reports : Deliver insightful reports on business performance to drive informed decision-making.

    Implement Business Intelligence Tools :
    Spearhead the introduction and management of cutting-edge business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.

    Develop Financial Models :
    Formulate and scrutinize financial models to underpin strategic initiatives.

    Support Management :
    Collaborate closely with the management team and Heads of Departments, offering data-driven insights.

    Ensure Compliance Management :
    Uphold adherence to banking covenants while meticulously managing investor statements and records.

    As a Senior Financial Analyst, you have:


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    Experience:
    Five years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or financial analyst, ideally within the residential real estate industry.

    Software Proficiency :

    A mastery of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) software such as Sage Intacct and Workday Adaptive Planning and proficiency in advanced Excel functions.


    Analytical Abilities :

    A strong foundation in analytical thinking which enable you to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions from data.

    You are familiar with systems analysis, big data principles, and project management.


    Attention to Detail:
    Meticulous and thorough in data analysis ensures accuracy and reliability in findings and reports.


    Critical Thinking:


    The ability to evaluate information objectively, assess its relevance and reliability, and make sound judgments based on evidence is crucial for effective data analysis.


    Problem-Solving Abilities:


    Data analysts need to be able to identify issues, formulate hypotheses, and develop solutions to address challenges or capitalize on opportunities identified through data analysis.


    Quantitative Skills:


    Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts allows individuals to manipulate and interpret data effectively, including calculating metrics, performing regression analysis, and conducting hypothesis testing.


    Communication Skills:


    The ability to convey complex data and insights in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders is crucial for driving informed decision-making and fostering collaboration across teams.
