    We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for our beautiful offices in Endfield & Simsbury. We offer great benefits and competitive hourly rates depending on experience.

    Job Description
    • Check patients in/out
    • Enter patient demographics accurately in EMR system
    • Verify insurance and co-pay amounts
    • Make new and follow up appointments
    • Sell products and services to patients
    • Answer telephone professionally and courteously
    • Retrieve detailed messages
    Qualifications
    • Team player, able tofollow instructions
    • Professionalappearance and attitude
    • Attention to detail with strong ability tomulti-task Strong computer, typing and technology skills
    • Must be dependable and flexible during clinic hours
    Additional Information

    Job type:

    • Full-time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm


    Experience:

    • Strong customer service experience required
    • Medical administration experience required
    • Dermatology medical experience preferred

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    Pay

    • Pay starts at $17.00 per hour and increases with years of experience
