Example Job Duties:
The Receptionist's duties include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forwards to appropriate personnel or department.
- Answers questions about the organization & provides callers with directions and other general information.
- Sorts and files confidential documents in the appropriate files. Photocopies as needed.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of company information and assists with employee functions.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- One (1) year clerical experience and ability to answer telephones in a professional manner as well as ability to coordinate visitors to the office. Possess organizational, technical and teambuilding skills to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- QuickBooks software knowledge
- Basic computer skills; Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Windows
- Good typing skills; Good organization skills and attention to detail.
