Job Summary

BCBA owned and operated company

Come work for a BCBA owned and operated company that provides high-quality ABA services in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Job will be working with ages 2-7.

Supervisors are on site and are available each day. Room for growth within the company.

Supervision for students is available as part of employment with CAP, Inc.

Registered Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with individuals with Autism and related disorders implementing clinic based behavior plans and programs designed and maintained by a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst.

RBT should:

Have the RBT credential from the BACB
Feel comfortable working closely with BCBA's and senior RBT's
Be available 3040 hours per week
Be friendly, energetic, compassionate, organized and reliable
Have reliable transportation
Be able to move quickly and have the ability to lift at least 25lbs

Position requires energy, patience, a playful nature and willingness to learn. Reliability is an absolute MUST. Excellent opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child with special needs while learning ABA techniques.

Pay depends on experience level

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
