Overview:

Quality Control Supervisor


The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for working closely with the Quality Control Team to manage all resources related to quality.

This includes reviewing, developing, implementing, and maintaining programs to improve product quality, food safety or technology in addition to monitoring, reviewing and/or developing programs to ensure products are produced in compliance with product standards, good manufacturing practices and in accordance with government regulatio

$ $29.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Quality Control Team to oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Investigate customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards

Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 35 years of experience in GMP, QC, and Manufacturing
  • Possesses a solid understanding of food safety & quality awareness in all areas & functions
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required
  • FSSC 22000 or SQF Certification preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of agents, auditors, supervisors, and managers
  • Ability to address and manage quality concerns with employees of all levels
will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality control principles.
