Overview:
Quality Control Supervisor
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for working closely with the Quality Control Team to manage all resources related to quality.

$ $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Quality Control Team to oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Investigate customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 35 years of experience in GMP, QC, and Manufacturing
- Possesses a solid understanding of food safety & quality awareness in all areas & functions
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills required
- FSSC 22000 or SQF Certification preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within the organization
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of agents, auditors, supervisors, and managers
- Ability to address and manage quality concerns with employees of all levels
